BMKGSoft is a web-based data entry application that is used to process databases online and is centralized, and can be accessed in every Technical Service Unit (UPT). This study aims to propose the use of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Task Technology Fit (TTF) models to evaluate the BMKGSoft system. This type of research in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees/staff of the Lampung Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency. The research model used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Task Technology Fit (TTF) models. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling techniques and data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that there were 5 (five) statement items for each construct/variable used. The results of filling out the questionnaire are used as research data which will show the level of satisfaction with using the BMKGSoft system. The limitation of this research is that this research is still a proposed use of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Task Technology Fit (TTF) models to evaluate the BMKGSoft system so that it has not provided data on the results of completing the research questionnaire.
